Training Schedule and Workshop for Providers

Early Stars Academy offers Health and Safety Training, First Aid Training and AED Classes.

We always look after the well-being of your children but for emergency purposes we conduct health and safety training classes for child care providers.

Required Skills For Child Care Providers

Trainers are trained to work with diverse population such as food, mannerism, mood of dressing, beliefs, frequent workshops, seminars to equip the child care providers to meet the different needs of the populations served. New York State Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) regulations and mandates; Health and Safety Training equip providers to be proficient in their services to children and the families served.

  • Proper Procedure for Diaper Changing
  • Preventing Food Borne Illnesses
  • Nutrition and Health Needs of Infant and Children
  • Child Guidance
  • Book Keeping
  • Infection Control
  • Celebrating Success

Presentation of the above skills will improve the confidence of the trainer; provide a nurturing environment holistically for the child and the family.
